That fringe top I made has been worn exactly once. I think the gathered skirt threw me. However, I really did like how the button-up top fit!
I’d been meaning to make a version without the gathered skirt, and Chalk & Notch posted this tutorial so I followed those instructions to modify my pieces and lengthen them.

It was a quick sew, but came out too cropped for my liking. I still keep reaching for it though! This Cloud9 rayon is lovely. I will definitely make more of these, and will probably length it another 2-3″.
