Navy Linden

March 16, 2017

I had enough of this navy french terry leftover from Rachel’s Finlayson to make myself a Linden! I did it entirely on the serger, and aside from a the neckline getting too narrow near one raglan seam, it worked out painlessly and in under two hours. I used this navy and white ribbing I picked up at Stitch on Kalle’s recommendation, and it looks great.

The only issue is the neckband seam is super wobbly, and I’m not sure if it needs a good steam/wash and press, or if the ribbing is too thick for the terry? Either way I’ll wear it!

I’m planning to make another Linden (maybe 3/4 sleeve) out of the sage floral art gallery knit I got next.
