Sewed everything on the sewing machine with a triple stitch, then serged the seams. I had some issues only serging the first shoulder and panicked since I’m still so new to serging. I think in the future, and maybe with cheaper fabric, I’d try to just serge it again, but this was $55 of fabric and I wasn’t going to risk it!
Serger thread tension: 3 3 3 4; stitch length: 2.5; differential: 1.4 (per instructions). The fabric was going in sideways and the loops were pulled to the front, changing the rightmost tension to 4 helped.
I sewed the arms and sides, and ended up taking in the arms an extra 5/8″ and blending at the armpit. I also took in the cuffs the same amount.
