I saw this Nani Iro double gauze at Stitch and couldn’t resist it! Turns out, it’s a lot harder to work with than the Birch double gauze. It’s a little looser woven, and stretches a bit more. It also seemed more delicate in general and prone to pulls.
BUT, it’s done and it is pretty nice!
My theory about these dresses was correct, btw – looks awesome with tights and boots and my Lupin jacket. Yay!
The only thing I changed for this version is taking up the shoulders .5″. Unfortunately I cannot remember if I altered the paper pattern, so I will have to check the original pattern next time.
